Pink Tears: 3'7"tall X 1' 6" wide. Tissue paper, graphite, crepe paper, rafia and corylus-avellana-contorta (Harry lauder's walking stick) branches. This sculpture hangs from a single thread on a tree limb exposed to the elements of wind and rain. It is created with pink tissue and crepe-papers lying on top of a white tissue shape. This sculpture is very vulnerable to the wind and weather and will not survive long among the park trees. If it should rain, the sculpture will cry or bleed pink rivulets along its' white paper surface. Soon it will start to disintegrate. What happens next is a mystery.
